Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and shipped within a day except few products that are noted. Shipping will take 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via US Mail.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be shipped via 2-day air or United States Postal Service. Some products may require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable.

International Orders

Luludecor is a worldwide distributor of quality home decoration products. We ships products all around the globe. We will contact you with the shipping cost for your area via email once we receive your order. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your country's customs service where applicable.

APO-FPO

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via email before shipment.

Heavy and oversized items

Some products require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.

Our satisfaction guaranteed policy

You may return any product for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in resalable condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to glass wares and physical damage after delivery.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

Returns

If a product has defect or is not useable due to a manufacturers defect, please call for a RMA form and email the form back describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. This Return Exchange Form must accompany all returns; if you no longer have your invoice you can print a blank Return/Exchange Form
